Welcome to my practice!
As you are initiating contact, I would like to familiarize you with the process in which I practice.
Appointments are set on an individual basis: Monday through Friday 8 am – 2 pm EST.
Meetings and Communications are online via zoom. Setting appointments occurs via email, phone or in person. Please keep email and phone messages concise and business oriented.
There is no text-ability. All personal information is to be shared during our in-person-times together.
Payments are made via Zelle, Venmo or Credit Card (additional fees may apply). My rate is $190/hour for general consults, $225 for spirit work, new clients: $290.
Insurance – Services provided are considered an ‘out-of-network’ reimbursement. Depending on your health benefits, services may be covered in full or part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Cancellation Process:
7 day cancellation or reschedule policy. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, kindly provide notice via email or phone call.
Cancellation rates: Rescheduling rates are $75. Missed appointments or late cancellations are full fee: $180-290. True emergencies are most certainly honored and free of charge.
