Welcome to my practice!

As you are initiating contact, I would like to familiarize you with the process here at Ancestral Realms.

Appointments are set on an individual basis: Monday through Friday 8 am – 2 pm EST.

Meetings occur via zoom.

Setting appointments occurs via email, phone or in person. Please keep email and phone messages concise and business oriented. We apologize there is no text-ability. All personal information is to be shared during our in-person-times together.

Payments can be made via Zelle or Credit Card (additional fees apply).

Cancellation Process: As time and space is set for you, a 7 business day cancellation or reschedule policy is in effect. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, kindly provide notice via email or phone (messages only, no textability).

Cancellation rates: Missed appointments or late cancellations are full fee. True emergencies are most certainly honored and free of charge.
