Systemic Constellation Work accesses health in your physical body, mind and relationships.
Relationships may be with your family – current or origin -, your profession or full expression in the world.
Its root lay in the indigenous reality of this world of relational rightness and respect as much as it lays in clinical reality of trauma, contraction and limitations. When both roots meet inside a Constellation, dimensions of connectivity can appear that have stayed hidden; at times for centuries and generations. With those connections in the open, a new relational, physical and mental health can be gained – and shall be gained.
At the heart of the process sits the phenomenon of representation: other group members stepping into an element/person in your life outside your lived story. In doing so, connections may appear that stay otherwise hidden.
And so the process benefits greatly from other people being representatives – hence it is a group process.
